The First UIUC Bioinformatics Summit was held March 6, 7 and 9, 2006, at Siebel Center on the Univ. of Illinois campus. The Summit featured presentations by members of the Institute for Genomic Biology and was hosted by members of the Department of Computer Science.

Below is a list of each day's presenters, with links to their talks in multiple formats.

    • Thursday, March 9 - Genomic Ecology of Global Change, Molecular Bioengineering of Biomass Conversion. Presenters: Steve Clough, Bryan White, Huimin Zhao.
