Bioinformatics Group

Overview

Bioinformatics - the organization and retrieval of biological information with computer assistance - is central to the BeeSpace project. The BeeSpace Bioinformatics group brings together computer scientists and information scientists, to plan and implement strategies for mining the millions of scientific articles that BeeSpace will render accessible.

Events

BeeSpace is involved with a weekly Computer Science seminar series in Bioinformatics, CS591-BIO. A different guest speaker appears each week.
